Macransa developed Dr. Fry to produce benefits from the generation of a special electric field in oil. It was featured in many media, including the popular TV program Gacchiri Monday, and become a major hit product.
Dr, Fry has the following features:
1.The amount of oil absorbed by deep-fried ingredients is reduced by 50%.(The amount of oil added while deep-frying is halved.)
2.Frying time decreases by around 25%.
3.The ingredients deep-fried with Dr. Fry are juicier because the moisture is not lost. (In the case of deep-fried chicken, it is heavier by around 10% compared to chicken deep-fried by the traditional method.)
